The Pagosa Springs Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to be hosting a two-part Customer Service Experience Training open to all. Dr. Mary Jen Meerdink, who has years of corporate and employee training, will be facilitating aspects of the customer experience including the following:
· How Service impacts your bottom line
· Who your customers are and what they expect
· Handling difficult customers
· Small details that make a big impact
· What are customers saying about your business
The training session dates will be Friday Oct. 27th & Nov. 10th. The second session will build on the first, but you are able to attend sessions individually. Each session will be 20$ for Pagosa Chamber members & 25$ for non-members. Chamber members please log in under registration page to receive member pricing. Training will be held at the Conference Room in the Luxury Building at the Springs Resort and Spa.
